针对新型整体式挠性接头上叉型细颈结构的加工精度无法准确测量的问题,搭建了一套二维的图像采集系统。利用 MATLAB软件的编程平台,编制了相应的图像处理与线段距离的最小二乘拟合程序。对测量系统中存在的问题和误差进行了理论分析。比对测量的结果表明,该测量系统的原理及软件算法合理有效,检测精度误差小于8μm,提高了整体式挠性接头的测量精度。

Aiming at the precision measurement in furcation tendon of a novel unitary flexible hinge, this paper develops a two-dimensional image collection system. Using MATLAB software, image processing program and the least mean-square fitting algorithm of plane distance are designed. The existed problems and error derived from experiments are analyzed in theory. The experimental results show that the measuring method is correct in theory and can be implemented. The measurement precision of this system can reach 8μm, and increases measurement precision.
