针对某卫星用开槽碟形弹簧的非标准设计,基于对零件刚度影响因素的理论分析和有限元分析,通过严格控制材料选用厚度和成形后自由高度,优化冲压成形工艺和强压处理工艺,最终实现该非标准开槽碟形弹簧加工,满足卫星产品要求。
針對某衛星用開槽碟形彈簧的非標準設計,基于對零件剛度影響因素的理論分析和有限元分析,通過嚴格控製材料選用厚度和成形後自由高度,優化遲壓成形工藝和彊壓處理工藝,最終實現該非標準開槽碟形彈簧加工,滿足衛星產品要求。

Aimed at the nonstandard design of a dishing spring with slot used for satellite, based on the theoretical and finite element analysis of factor to the part stiffness, a method is put forward by controlling the material thickness and the part height strictly, optimizing the punching and keep planishing process. Finally the nonstandard dishing spring with slot is pruduced, which satisfies the request of the satellite.
