针对TC18钛合金进行闪光焊工艺试验,分析研究了该合金闪光焊接头的组织与性能。结果表明:可以采用闪光焊焊接TC18钛合金,焊后不进行热处理,其接头强度、延伸率和冲击韧性均比较低,分别为母材的87.1%、68.5%和15.1%,若焊后进行热处理,接头强度与相同热处理状态的母材等强,延伸率和冲击韧性分别达到母材的52.7%和35.5%。
針對TC18鈦閤金進行閃光銲工藝試驗,分析研究瞭該閤金閃光銲接頭的組織與性能。結果錶明:可以採用閃光銲銲接TC18鈦閤金,銲後不進行熱處理,其接頭彊度、延伸率和遲擊韌性均比較低,分彆為母材的87.1%、68.5%和15.1%,若銲後進行熱處理,接頭彊度與相同熱處理狀態的母材等彊,延伸率和遲擊韌性分彆達到母材的52.7%和35.5%。
침대TC18태합금진행섬광한공예시험,분석연구료해합금섬광한접두적조직여성능。결과표명:가이채용섬광한한접TC18태합금,한후불진행열처리,기접두강도、연신솔화충격인성균비교저,분별위모재적87.1%、68.5%화15.1%,약한후진행열처리,접두강도여상동열처리상태적모재등강,연신솔화충격인성분별체도모재적52.7%화35.5%。
Flash Welding experiments of TC18 Titanium Alloy were proceeded, then the microstructure and properties of Flash Welding joints of this alloy were studied.The results show that TC18 Titanium Alloy can be welded by the method of Flash Welding.The strength, elongation and impact toughness of the welding joints were respectively 87.1%, 68.5%and 15.1%of the basic metal, which have a low level without heat treatment after welding. If the heat treatment were proceeded after welding, the shrength of the joints was as the same as the basic metal, the elongation and impact toughness were respectively 52.7%and 35.5%of the basic metal.
