通过建立 TC4钛合金薄壁舱体真空时效成形有限元模型,分析了温度、时间和初变形量对舱体蒙皮卷残余应力的影响,得出了零件真空时效成形合理工艺参数。进行了舱体蒙皮卷真空时效成形工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:在温度650℃、保温时间30min时,时效成形的零件尺寸精度满足工程要求。

통과건립 TC4태합금박벽창체진공시효성형유한원모형,분석료온도、시간화초변형량대창체몽피권잔여응력적영향,득출료령건진공시효성형합리공예삼수。진행료창체몽피권진공시효성형공예시험연구。시험결과표명:재온도650℃、보온시간30min시,시효성형적령건척촌정도만족공정요구。
By seting up the finite element model of TC4 alloy cabin vacuum-aging forming, the effects of temperature, time and initial deformation on the residual stress and dimension precision of the cabin were analyzed. The reasonable processing parameters for the vacuum-aging forming were obtained. Vacuum-aging forming of the cabin was carried out. The resluts show that the dimensional accuracy of cabin was in good conformity with project requirement when temperature is 650℃ and holding time is 30min.
