采用密闭熏蒸法,研究了肉桂油、青蒿油、生姜油、蛇床子油4种植物精油对花斑皮蠹成虫和幼虫的熏蒸活性.结果表明:在40滋L/L 的处理剂量下,肉桂油、青蒿油对花斑皮蠹成虫的熏蒸活性均显著高于其他两种精油及对照,处理12 h 后死亡率即达100%,而生姜油和蛇床子油在熏蒸120 h 后的死亡率分别为70%和46.67%;肉桂油和青蒿油对花斑皮蠹幼虫的熏蒸活性也显著高于生姜油和蛇床子油,熏蒸120 h 后的死亡率分别为66.67%、50.00%、3.33%和16.67%.肉桂油和青蒿油可以作为熏蒸剂防治花斑皮蠹等仓库害虫.

Fumigant toxicity of the plant essential oils of Cinnamomum cassia,Artemisia annuae,Zingiber officinale and Fructus Cnidii to the adult and larva of Trogoderma variabile was determined in the laboratory.The results showed that the fumigation efficacy of the essential oils of C. cassia and A. annuae to the adult of T. variabile was significantly stronger than that of the other two essential oils and the control at the dosage of 40 μL/L,the mortality of adult T. variabile by the two essential oils at the exposure time of 12 h are all 100%,the other two essential oils,are 70.00% and 46.67% at the exposure time of 120 h respectively.The fumigation efficacy of the essential oils of C. cassia and A. annuae to the larva of T. variabile was significantly stronger than Z. officinale and F. Cnidii essential oils,too.The mortality of the T. variabile larvas was 66.67%, 50.00%,3.33% and 16.67% at the exposure time of 120 h respectively.C. cassia and A. annuae essential oil have an even broader prospect for development as fumigation pesticide to prevent T. variabile and other storage pests.
