为了探讨蜜环菌不同材料的体外抗氧化能力和抑菌能力,从清除 DPPH·、羟基自由基·OH 和超氧阴离子自由基 O2-·三个方面研究了蜜环菌子实体、液体发酵菌丝体和菌索醇提物的抗氧化活性,并研究了其对金黄色葡萄球菌、产气杆菌、变形杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用.结果表明:蜜环菌不同材料醇提物对上述3种自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,对 DPPH·的清除率最高,对 O2-·清除能力最差,作用效果与提取物浓度呈正相关,但均低于阳性对照天然抗氧化剂抗坏血酸.蜜环菌醇提物在1 g/mL 质量浓度下对4种供试细菌抑菌活性较低,最高抑菌率仅达到15.77%.
為瞭探討蜜環菌不同材料的體外抗氧化能力和抑菌能力,從清除 DPPH·、羥基自由基·OH 和超氧陰離子自由基 O2-·三箇方麵研究瞭蜜環菌子實體、液體髮酵菌絲體和菌索醇提物的抗氧化活性,併研究瞭其對金黃色葡萄毬菌、產氣桿菌、變形桿菌和枯草芽孢桿菌的抑製作用.結果錶明:蜜環菌不同材料醇提物對上述3種自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,對 DPPH·的清除率最高,對 O2-·清除能力最差,作用效果與提取物濃度呈正相關,但均低于暘性對照天然抗氧化劑抗壞血痠.蜜環菌醇提物在1 g/mL 質量濃度下對4種供試細菌抑菌活性較低,最高抑菌率僅達到15.77%.

To study the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of different materials of Armillariella mellea,the eliminating ability of ethanol extracts of fruiting body,liquid fermentation mycelium and shoestrings against three kinds of free radicals,DPPH·,·OH and O2-· in vitro were tested with ascorbic acid as the positive control,and their antibacterial activities against Staphyloccocus aureus,Bacillas perfringens,Bacterium proteus and Bacillus subtilis were tested.The results showed that the ethanol extracts of different materials of A. mellea had eliminating effects to different extant,with highest eliminating rate against DPPH·,and lowest eliminating rate against O2-·,which was in related to their concentration while lower than that of the positive control ascorbic acid.Ethanol extracts of A. mellea showed weak antibacterial activity against four tested bacteria at 1 g/mL,with the highest inhibiting rate 15.77%.
