以槲树叶为原料,乙醇-水为溶剂提取槲树叶黄酮,通过响应面法优化了叶黄酮的提取条件.结果表明:槲树叶黄酮的最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数53%、提取温度58℃、提取时间20 min、液固比32.该提取条件下的提取率可达93.65%.

Optimization of extraction of flavonoids from Quercus dentatao leaves was researched by means of response surface method and ethanol-water as the solution.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows ethanol concentration is 53%,temperature is 58 ℃,extracting time is 20 min,ratio of liquid to solid is 32.The extraction rate of flavonoids under the said conditions was 93.65%.
