酌-聚谷氨酸是一种由微生物发酵制备的氨基酸多聚物,主链上有很多游离羧基基团,易于修饰和交联。用酌-聚谷氨酸制得的水凝胶属于可降解的环境友好型水凝胶,具有生物相容性、细胞安全性、较好的溶胀性和 pH敏感性等优点,在环境保护和生物医药方面有广泛的应用。综述了近年来酌-聚谷氨酸水凝胶的物理和化学制备方法以及应用研究进展,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
酌-聚穀氨痠是一種由微生物髮酵製備的氨基痠多聚物,主鏈上有很多遊離羧基基糰,易于脩飾和交聯。用酌-聚穀氨痠製得的水凝膠屬于可降解的環境友好型水凝膠,具有生物相容性、細胞安全性、較好的溶脹性和 pH敏感性等優點,在環境保護和生物醫藥方麵有廣汎的應用。綜述瞭近年來酌-聚穀氨痠水凝膠的物理和化學製備方法以及應用研究進展,併對其未來髮展進行瞭展望。

Poly (γ-glutamic acid) (γ-PGA) is an amino acid polymer produced by Bacillus subtilis with many free carboxyl groups in the main chain,and can be modified and crosslinked easily.The hydrogels prepared from γ-PGA are biodegradable and environment -friendly hydrogels with biocompatibility and cell security,and it was applied widely in the areas of environmental protection and biomedicine.Recent progress of the preparations,by the physical and chemical methods,and applications were summarized.Their developments in the future were predicted.
