以普通硅酸盐水泥、铝酸盐水泥和硬石膏作胶凝材料配制灌浆砂浆,主要研究了减水剂、消泡剂、早强剂、缓凝剂、保水剂对灌浆料各项性能的影响。结果表明掺入0.2%羧酸粉剂、0.6%的861(有机硅)消泡剂、0.2%缓凝剂(酒石酸:葡萄糖酸钠=4:6)、0.4%黏度500的纤维素醚配制的灌浆料具有大流动性、微膨胀、早强、高强及强度持续稳定增长等特点。
以普通硅痠鹽水泥、鋁痠鹽水泥和硬石膏作膠凝材料配製灌漿砂漿,主要研究瞭減水劑、消泡劑、早彊劑、緩凝劑、保水劑對灌漿料各項性能的影響。結果錶明摻入0.2%羧痠粉劑、0.6%的861(有機硅)消泡劑、0.2%緩凝劑(酒石痠:葡萄糖痠鈉=4:6)、0.4%黏度500的纖維素醚配製的灌漿料具有大流動性、微膨脹、早彊、高彊及彊度持續穩定增長等特點。

Grouting mortar was prepared with ordinary portland cement, aluminate cement and anhydrite. The effects of reducing agent, defoamer, early strength agent, retarder, water retaining agent on the grouting material performances were studied. The results showed that preparation of 500 viscosity grouting material mixed with 0.2%of carboxylic acid powder, 0.6%of 861 (silicone) antifoam, 0.2%of retarder (tartaric acid:sodium gluconate=4:6), 0.4%of cellulose ether had advantages such as high fluidity, micro-expansion, early strength, high strength and intensity of steady growth.
