以认知隐喻学理论为基础，从隐喻工作机制入手，本文主要讨论隐喻与话语张力的关系、影响话语张力的因素和话语张力的消长盈虚，探析隐喻对话语张力的建构方法、途径和作用。隐喻总是能够以最简练的方式表达最丰满的话语意义，从而扩大话语的理解评价与审美的空间，取得最佳的修辞效果。

이인지은유학이론위기출，종은유공작궤제입수，본문주요토론은유여화어장력적관계、영향화어장력적인소화화어장력적소장영허，탐석은유대화어장력적건구방법、도경화작용。은유총시능구이최간련적방식표체최봉만적화어의의，종이확대화어적리해평개여심미적공간，취득최가적수사효과。
Based on the theory of metaphor and cognition, and the working procession of metaphor, this paper firstly discusses the relationship between rhetoric and tension in discourse and the factors that in-fluence the tension; then it tries to explore the function of different rhetoric approaches on the growth and decline of the tension. It finds that metaphor is always fit for people to express the most complicat-ed emotion in very simple words, which enlarge people's imagination, evaluation and understanding of the discourse.
