游客满意度是衡量旅游体验的主要标准，也是旅游地客源市场条件优劣的重要反映。文章以平潭岛为例，运用灰色系统理论和层次分析法，对平潭岛游客满意度进行分析评价。结果表明：游客对平潭岛的满意度总体较高；其中，半洋生态旅游板块的游客满意度最高；城市休闲旅游板块游客满意度位居第二；坛南湾度假旅游板块和幸福洋乐活旅游板块游客满意度一般，在服务质量方面有待提高，在旅游地总体印象上还需进一步改造和提升。

Tourist satisfaction is not only the main criterion of tourism experience, but also the impor-tant reflection of tourist market; this paper takes Pingtan as an example, analyzing the degree of tourist satisfaction by employing the Gray System Theory and AHP. The result shows that tourist satisfaction degree of Pingtan is relatively high. Banyang ecological tourism enjoys the highest degree of tourist sat-isfaction; city leisure tourism is ranked the second; while tourist satisfaction of Tannan vocational tourism and Xingfuyang tourism is relatively low, which means the service quality and the overall im-pression of these two tourist spots requires further promotion.
