This paper introduces the four-axis NC machining process engineering for the axial flow turbine blade parts, programming method of rough machining and finish machining, including 3D computer modelling of leaf surface, clamping method when rough machining, surface milling method and NC programming, tool selection and processing parameter selection, four-axis machining clamping method, programming methods and so on. And it has pointed out matters should be paid attention in programming, and explored effective ways to this kind of parts with small batch and low-cost manufacturing.
