研制的五孔探针自动校准与测量系统,由于采用高精度的涡轮蜗杆机构,由精密的步进电机控制其运动,有利于高效的实现高精度的流场测量。系统软件研发中充分考虑了探针对中等问题,确保了测量精度。系统稳定性好,测试效率高。试验人员可以远程操作,摆脱了现场高噪声的恶劣环境困扰。系统气流角误差为±0.5°,总压误差为±2%,静压误差为±0.08%,速度误差为±1.6%,精度高,可以应用于各种风机、透平压缩机、涡轮机和泵等流体机械设备的气动试验研究。

The paper has introduced the new developed auto-calibration and measurement system of five-hole probe. It adopts high accuracy worm gear and stepper motor, and can get high measurement accuracy and efficiency. In software development of the system, many measurement details are considered to improve the usage and accuracy, such as probe alignment and so on. The system can be remote-operated, effectively help the experimenters prevent from noise nuisance in field. Through a real test, it was verified that the flow angle error in measurement is in the range of 0.5°, the total pressure error is in 2%, the static pressure error is in 0.08%, and the velocity error is in 1.6%. The developed system can be used to measure various flow fields in fan, turbo-compressor, turbines and pump.
