当前我国高校的科研力量显著增强，科研水平不断提高，尽管如此，高校科技成果转化工作总体情况仍不如人意。本文从高校自身出发，提出了高校在科技成果转化中存在着缺失科技成果转化意愿、科技成果与现实需求存在差距的问题，并有针对性地提出了促进高校科技成果转化的对策。
噹前我國高校的科研力量顯著增彊，科研水平不斷提高，儘管如此，高校科技成果轉化工作總體情況仍不如人意。本文從高校自身齣髮，提齣瞭高校在科技成果轉化中存在著缺失科技成果轉化意願、科技成果與現實需求存在差距的問題，併有針對性地提齣瞭促進高校科技成果轉化的對策。

Currently, the strength and level of scientific research of our universities have significantly enhanced. However, the transformation of scientific achievements in universities is not satisfied. This article from the university itself, proposes the problems of universities in the transformation of scientific achievements.They are the lack of wil ingness to the transformation of scientific achievements, and the gap between scientific achievements and practical needs, puting forward the countermeasures to promote the transformation of scientific achievements of universities.
