As the biogas slurry having the advantages of multiple nutrient and stable supply, a field experiment was carried out to study the effect of biogas slurry on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage. The results indicated that the yield of Chinese cabbage in the treatments of biogas slurry was significantly increased. It was necessary to apply biogas slurry equivalent to 2.9 times of chemical nitrogen to obtain the same yield of Chinese cabbage in the treatment of chemical fertilizer according to the linear relationship between the yield of Chinese cabbage and dosage of biogas slurry. The soil nitrate content was increased after applying biogas slurry, so that the dosage of biogas slurry should be controlled in future experiments. The soluble solid content was significantly increased, and the Vc content was higher in comparison with the treatment of chemical fertilizer with no significant difference.
