@@@@试验探索在同一个反应体系中完成3个SCAR标记的多重PCR扩增,为利用分子标记辅助番茄黄化曲叶病抗性育种提供一种省时、省力、经济有效的方法。对分别与番茄黄化曲叶病毒病抗性基因 Ty-1、Ty-2、Ty-3紧密连锁的共显性SCAR标记同时进行扩增筛选,扩增的特异性片段与单引物扩增片段一致。

The experiment explored a method of an mutiplex PCR amplification of three SCAR markers in one reaction system and to provide a time saving, economical and effective method for tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) resistance breeding by molecular marker-assisted selection. Three tomato co-dominant SCAR markers tightly linked respectively with TYLCV resistant gene Ty-1, Ty-2 or Ty-3 were amplified in one reaction system.The PCR products were completely correspond to the bands amplified by single SCAR primer pair.
