为了研究分离鳃的鳃片间距对水沙分离效果的影响,在分离鳃和普通管中进行了4组不同含沙量、7种不同鳃片间距的静水沉降试验,运用浅层沉淀理论对不同鳃片间距的分离鳃水沙分离性能进行了分析。试验结果表明:分离鳃的水沙分离效果好于普通管的,不同鳃片间距的分离鳃泥沙平均沉降速度为普通管的1郾40~3郾25倍;分离鳃的鳃片间距越小,分离鳃的泥沙沉降速度就越大,反之亦然;5~15 cm的鳃片间距对清水层厚度和泥沙沉降速度影响最大,同时考虑制作分离鳃的经济性和工艺难易程度,鳃片间距宜为10 cm。

The static water settlement tests of four different sediment concentrations were carried out in a gill-piece separation device (GPSD) with seven different gill-piece spacing and in a common tube without gill-piece. Meanwhile, the water-sediment separation performance of different gill-piece spacing was analyzed by using the theory of “shallow precipitation”. Test results show that the water-sediment separation effect of a GPSD is better than that of a common tube without gill-piece, and the average sediment settling velocity of different gill-piece spacing in a GPSD is 1.4-3.25 times of that in a common tube without gill-piece. The smaller the gill-piece spacing is, the bigger the sediment settling velocity is, and vice versa. The gill-piece spacing between 5-15 cm has the greatest effect on clear water layer thickness and sediment settling velocity. Furthermore, considering the economy and the difficulty of production process of a GPSD, the optimal gill-piece spacing is chosen to be 10cm finally.
