The technological process and mathematical model of PCT curve measurement of hydrogen storage material and the numerical method for computing hydrogen real density were introduced. And the operating steps of computing hydrogen gas real density and finally outputting PCT curve diagram by Origin software were presented in detail. The results indicate that Origin software is powerful, convenient and efficient; the data procession related to PCT curve measurement can be completed by straightforward Origin C programming and software operation.
