本文从技术能力成长的动态视角探讨企业创新网络发展机理，通过博威合金的案例研究后提出，在技术吸收阶段，创新网络重点是组建技术学习型团队，加强同行先进技术、生产管理和客户需求信息的吸收转化；在技术改进阶段，组建跨部门的创新团队和跨行业的信息交流平台，推动市场应用需求和内部创新能力的衔接转化；在自主研发阶段，通过内外创新联盟载体建设和组织管理创新，加强行业基础知识、高端研发管理人才和持续性创新资本的集成转化。

From the dynamic perspective of technological capacity growth , the article explores the development mecha-nism of innovation network in enterprises , and from the case of Power way Alloy Material Co ., Ltd, the study shows that in stage of technology absorption, its innovation network focused on the formation of technical learning team to strengthen absorp -tion and conversion of peer advanced technology , production management and customer demand information .In stage of tech-nological improvements, the emphasis turned to the formation of inter-departmental technical development team and cross-in-dustry platform for the exchange of information to strengthen the convergence and transformation of the new applications de -mand of market and internal technology development capability .In independent research stage , the innovation network concen-trated on the construction of innovation alliance carrier from inside and outside , and organizational management innovation to enhance the integration and transformation of industry basic science knowledge and cutting -edge technology, high-end innova-tion management personnel and steady innovation funding .
