目的探讨锁定钢板在治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折中的应用和效果。方法2009年1月至2012年1月诊治68例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折。锁定钢板治疗30例，手法复位石膏或夹板外固定38例。采用Gartland-Werley评分来评定患肢功能，比较两种不同治疗方法的疗效。结果所有患者均获得随访，随访时间6-18个月。X 线显示骨折全部愈合。Gartland-Werley评分显示闭合复位石膏或夹板固定组优良率为71.1%（27/38），切开复位锁定钢板固定组的优良率为93.3%（28/30），差异有统计学意义( P ＜0.05)。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折固定牢固，能早期功能锻炼，并发症较少，值得临床推广。
목적탐토쇄정강판재치료뇨골원단분쇄성골절중적응용화효과。방법2009년1월지2012년1월진치68례뇨골원단분쇄성골절。쇄정강판치료30례，수법복위석고혹협판외고정38례。채용Gartland-Werley평분래평정환지공능，비교량충불동치료방법적료효。결과소유환자균획득수방，수방시간6-18개월。X 선현시골절전부유합。Gartland-Werley평분현시폐합복위석고혹협판고정조우량솔위71.1%（27/38），절개복위쇄정강판고정조적우량솔위93.3%（28/30），차이유통계학의의( P ＜0.05)。결론쇄정강판치료뇨골원단분쇄성골절고정뢰고，능조기공능단련，병발증교소，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To evaluate the application of locking plate in treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures. Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients with comminuted distal radius fractures admitted from Jan 2009 to Jan 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Thirty cases were treated with open reduction and locking plate internal fixation;while 38 cases were treated with closed reduction plaster or wood splint fixation. Functional evaluation was performed according to the Gartland-Werle wrist score,the outcomes of two methods were compared.Results:All patients were followed-up,the follow-up period was 6 - 18 months. X-ray showed the fractures were all cured. According to Gartland-Werley wrist score,the excellent rate was 71.1%for closed reduction plaster or wood splint fixation,and 93.3%for locking plate internal fixation. The difference showed statistical significance ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:Locking plate has advantages of stable fixation and early functional rehabilitation in treatment of distal radius fractures and should be widely used.
