针对提升系统的电机主轴装置及天轮这些主要承载部件的动态载荷结构变化,设计了其安全运行的监测系统。该系统利用一体化振动变送器采集振动信号,针对提升机系统振动建立其力学模型,运用有限元分析法实现对煤矿立井提升系统主轴振动的检测与诊断。结果表明本监测系统通过对提升机主轴振动的实时检测与诊断,从而达到对煤矿立井提升承载部件的动态载荷状态的远程实时监测。
針對提升繫統的電機主軸裝置及天輪這些主要承載部件的動態載荷結構變化,設計瞭其安全運行的鑑測繫統。該繫統利用一體化振動變送器採集振動信號,針對提升機繫統振動建立其力學模型,運用有限元分析法實現對煤礦立井提升繫統主軸振動的檢測與診斷。結果錶明本鑑測繫統通過對提升機主軸振動的實時檢測與診斷,從而達到對煤礦立井提升承載部件的動態載荷狀態的遠程實時鑑測。

@@@@For the safety of the structural change of dynamic load condition of the motor's main shaft and head sheave, designed the real-time monitor system. This system use integrated transmitter to col ect the vibration signal and use finite element analysis to realize the detection and diagnoses of the main shift vibration of winder based on the establishment of winder mechanical model .It turns out that this monitor system is able to achieve the remote real-time monitoring of dynamic load condition of winder with the detection and diagnoses of the main shift vibration of winder.
