目的分析中医治疗慢性支气管炎并发肺气肿的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月在本院住院治疗的慢性支气管炎并发肺气肿患者82例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组42例，对照组40例，对照组给予抗炎、解痉、平喘等常规西医治疗，治疗组在此治疗基础上依据其临床症状分为6种症型，分别采用中药辨证治疗，4周后观察两组治疗效果。结果经治疗，治疗组12例痊愈，16例显效，治疗总有效率为88.1%；对照组7例痊愈，12显效，治疗总有效率为72.5%，两组有效率的差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05），治疗组在残气量、呼气量、最大通气量等肺功能改善方面均优于对照组。结论中医在治疗慢性支气管炎并发肺气肿时充分发挥辨证论治的优势，取得了较满意的临床疗效，患者依从性好，值得临床推广应用。

목적분석중의치료만성지기관염병발폐기종적림상치료효과。방법선취2010년1월지2012년12월재본원주원치료적만성지기관염병발폐기종환자82례，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조42례，대조조40례，대조조급여항염、해경、평천등상규서의치료，치료조재차치료기출상의거기림상증상분위6충증형，분별채용중약변증치료，4주후관찰량조치료효과。결과경치료，치료조12례전유，16례현효，치료총유효솔위88.1%；대조조7례전유，12현효，치료총유효솔위72.5%，량조유효솔적차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05），치료조재잔기량、호기량、최대통기량등폐공능개선방면균우우대조조。결론중의재치료만성지기관염병발폐기종시충분발휘변증론치적우세，취득료교만의적림상료효，환자의종성호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Methods select 82 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema who were under treatment in respiration medicine department of this hospital during May 2010 and November 2011, and divided them into treatment group and control group at random, with 42 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. Give control group routine western medicine treatment like anti-inflammatory, spasmolysis, smooth wheezing etc. The treatment group based on the above mentioned treatment is divided into 6 kinds of USES according to its clinical symptoms, and adopts traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy respectively. Observe the treatment effect of these two groups after 4 weeks. Results after treatment, there are 12 cases of recovery, 16 cases of improvement in the treatment group, the total effective rate of treatment was 88.1%;while there are 7 cases of recovery, 12 cases of improvement in the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was 72.5%, the difference of effective rate between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment effect of treatment group were superior in residual capacity, volume, and the chase volume improving lung function to that in control group. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic bronchitis and emphysema the Chinese medicine give full play to the advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment, achieved a satisfactory clinical efficacy, the patients compliance is good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
