目的观察传统经方半夏泻心汤对痞满的临床疗效。方法采用半夏泻心汤随证加减治疗。结果治愈38例，有效17例，无效5例，总有效率93.48%。结论古今医家论述及我们的教学与临床经验，半夏泻心汤证之痞满是由表邪内陷，饮食不节，痰湿阻滞，情志失调，脾胃虚弱等导致脾胃功能失调，升降失司，胃气壅塞而成的以胸脘痞塞满闷不舒，按之柔软，压之不痛，视之无胀大之形为主要临床特征的一种脾胃病症。

목적관찰전통경방반하사심탕대비만적림상료효。방법채용반하사심탕수증가감치료。결과치유38례，유효17례，무효5례，총유효솔93.48%。결론고금의가논술급아문적교학여림상경험，반하사심탕증지비만시유표사내함，음식불절，담습조체，정지실조，비위허약등도치비위공능실조，승강실사，위기옹새이성적이흉완비새만민불서，안지유연，압지불통，시지무창대지형위주요림상특정적일충비위병증。
