针对掘进机能耗和载荷波动问题,基于灰色系统理论,以目标系列之间的关联度作为目标函数,将多目标优化转化为单目标优化问题,对截割头运动中影响因子进行试验设计,利用有限元分析软件获得各个目标对应的响应值,得到各个因子各个水平对应的影响程度,从而获得因子的最佳参数。研究结果表明:将灰色理论应用到截割头的可靠性稳健设计中,使截割头的载荷波动和比能耗得到显著降低,有效提高掘进机的工作可靠性和能量利用率。
針對掘進機能耗和載荷波動問題,基于灰色繫統理論,以目標繫列之間的關聯度作為目標函數,將多目標優化轉化為單目標優化問題,對截割頭運動中影響因子進行試驗設計,利用有限元分析軟件穫得各箇目標對應的響應值,得到各箇因子各箇水平對應的影響程度,從而穫得因子的最佳參數。研究結果錶明:將灰色理論應用到截割頭的可靠性穩健設計中,使截割頭的載荷波動和比能耗得到顯著降低,有效提高掘進機的工作可靠性和能量利用率。

In view of the issue of energy consumption and load fluctuation of a roadheader machine, this paper presents an optimization design of the parameter movement for the cutting head of a roadheader based on grey theory and multi-objective fuzzy reliability optimization strategy. The robust design can be converted into single objective robust design by grey rational grade. From the experimental design for obtaining factors influencing the movement of cutting head, the effecting value of each object is obtained by using finite element analysis software (FEA). The optimum combination of the factors is achieved through the calculated each factor’s corresponding influence. Research result indicates that this design significantly reduces the load fluctuation and specific energy consumption of cutting head, effectively improved the mechanical working reliability and energy utilization quotient of roadheader.
