依据异步电机矢量控制原理,在MATLAB/Simulink软件环境下对整个矢量控制系统各个单元建立相应的仿真子模块,在验证各个子模块的正确性后进行整个仿真系统的搭建。调试过程中发现仿真系统中较为普遍存在的代数环问题,着重分析了消除代数环的几种实用方法。同时在对仿真中的关键性问题研究分析后,得出的仿真结果表明,采用该控制系统电流、转矩波动小,转速响应迅速,系统的各项指标基本满足电机运行机械特性要求,对实际电机控制系统的设计与参数调试具有一定的参考价值。

On the basis of the asynchronous motor vector control principal,the article established the corresponding simulation module for each unit of the vector control system and verified the correctness of these modules,then built the entire simulation system in MATLAB/Simulink software environment. In the debugging process,the algebraic loop problem that exist in the simulation system commonly was found,the paper analyzed emphatically several practice ways to eliminate the algebraic loop. At the same time,throughing the analysis of the key issues in the simulation study,we got the simulation waveforms,which show that the indicators of this system basically meets the requirements of the motor running mechanical properties,such as small current and torque fluctuation,the quick response of rotating speed,under this control system. This simulation has a certain reference value on the design and debugging of the actual motor control system.
