大规模间歇式电源并网、大规模储能应用以及电动汽车的大量使用,对电网电能质量问题产生很大影响。在分析国内外研究背景、发展趋势的基础上,在如下方面做了总结:光伏发电并网产生的谐波、直流注入等电能质量问题及其抑制方法;风电并网产生的谐波、电压波动与闪变、频率波动、电压偏差等电能质量问题及其抑制方法;储能系统在电能质量治理中所起的作用;大量电动汽车并入电网对电网产生的电能质量问题、抑制及其控制方法。最后,结合我国电网发展趋势,给出了大规模间歇式电源并网环境下电能质量的治理建议。
大規模間歇式電源併網、大規模儲能應用以及電動汽車的大量使用,對電網電能質量問題產生很大影響。在分析國內外研究揹景、髮展趨勢的基礎上,在如下方麵做瞭總結:光伏髮電併網產生的諧波、直流註入等電能質量問題及其抑製方法;風電併網產生的諧波、電壓波動與閃變、頻率波動、電壓偏差等電能質量問題及其抑製方法;儲能繫統在電能質量治理中所起的作用;大量電動汽車併入電網對電網產生的電能質量問題、抑製及其控製方法。最後,結閤我國電網髮展趨勢,給齣瞭大規模間歇式電源併網環境下電能質量的治理建議。

The power quality of power grid will be greatly affected by grid-connection of large-scale intermittent power sources, application of large-scale energy storage devices and widespread use of electric vehicles (EV). On the basis of analyzing research background and trend of power quality problem home and abroad, the results of the research on power quality problems and elimination methods for them in such aspects as the harmonics and direct current injection caused by grid-connection of PV generations, the harmonics, voltage fluctuation and flicker, frequency fluctuation, voltage deviation caused by grid-connection of wind farms, the role of power quality management played by energy storage systems and the power quality problem caused by grid-connection of large amount of EV and corresponding control measures are summarized. Finally, combining with the development trend of power grids in China, some suggestions on power quality management under grid-connection of large-scale intermittent power sources are given.
