研究目的:依据协调发展理论,建立土地利用系统和经济系统的发展度指标体系及协调发展模型,定量测算土地利用系统和经济系统的协调发展度,并以扬州市为例进行实证分析。研究方法:熵值法、发展度模型、协调发展度模型。研究结果:1996—2010年间两系统协调发展度从最初的失调状态进入拮抗、磨合阶段,并最终实现了高级协调发展,但两系统自身的发展度有背离趋势。研究结论:为缩小两系统发展度差距,维持两系统高级协调发展状态,应该在经济发展过程中优化产业结构、降低资源消耗,在土地利用过程中强化结构及集约管控,优化土地生态环境,发挥土地的宏观调控作用。

The purpose of the paper is to quantitatively evaluate the integrated development between land use and economy systems based on the proposed integrated-development model via an empirical research in Yangzhou City. Methods employed are entropy method, development degree model and integrated development degree model. The results indicate that 1)both the development degrees of land use system and the economy system have an upward trend but also an increasing disparity between 1996 and 2010. 2)The integrated development degree of two systems was in a disorder stage, antagonistic stage, running-in stage and advanced integrated development state in four stages, i.e., 1996, 1997—2002, 2002—2007, and 2008—2010, respectively. It is concluded that Yangzhou City should continue to adjust the industrial structure and reduce resource consumption in the economic development process, strengthen the structure and intensive regulations, optimize the land ecological environment in land use process, and enhance the role of land control at macro-level in order to maintain the high level of integrated development of the two systems.
