从技术能力提升的成长理论角度探讨代工企业的持续成长，通过分析一家知名电池代工企业的发展历程，揭示了其三阶段的成长路径。研究当代工企业自身技术能力无法支撑其持续成长时，可以通过学习委托企业先进技术和吸收横向联盟企业新技术的“技术追赶”方式，为企业带来技术和资金的双重积累，将企业的发展推向OEM/ODM并存的阶段。在此基础上，可借助产学研合作平台提高自主创新能力，实现由“技术追赶”向“技术领先”的跨越。通过“搜索技术-学习技术-创造技术”的链式过程，企业提升了技术能力并实现持续成长。

@@@@This article focuses on the lift of technical capacity,through investigating the history of a famous battery foundry enterprise to explore its sustained growth. The results show that,the firm’s own technical capability can’t sustain its sustained growth,only by absorbing new technology from the consign enterprise,and by learning the technology from alliances,it can obtain technology and capital accumulation of dual,and thus promotes its development to the stage of OEM/ODM. Through the platform of“Industry-University-Institute”,it can exert self-innovation capability and achieve“technology leader”. Based on this chain process of“searching technology-learning technology-creating technology”,the firm’s technical capacity’s increasing and realizes its goal of sustained growth.
