运用排队模型理论对超市排队系统特征进行分析,建立了基于可接受等待时间收银台数目优化模拟模型,给出模型的算法和流程。通过模拟计算结果和实际数据对比分析,证明了模拟模型的有效性。优化结果表明,该模型可有效地为超市节约成本,增加顾客的满意度,适用于超市排队系统的动态管理。

@@@@The supermarket queuing system characteristics were analyzed using Queuing model theory. Optimization model was built based on the cashier number of acceptable waiting time,giving algorithms and processes of the model. By comparative analysis of simulation results and actual data,the author proved the effectiveness of the simulation model. The optimization results show that the model can effectively saves cost for the supermarket, increase customers satisfaction,be suitable for dynamic management of the supermarket queuing system.
