采用熔融制样,以钾、钠长石国家标准物质辅以自制标样,配制成一系列校准标准样品,通过X-射线荧光光谱法测定了钾、钠长石中氧化钾、氧化钠、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁等十种成分含量。采用校正曲线和基体校准一体的回归方程进行谱线重叠干扰校正和基体效应校正。对国家标准物质进行测定,分析结果与标准值吻合,主含量元素测定结果相对误差不超过10%,同一样品12次测定结果相对标准偏差不超过10%。该方法快速、准确、重现性好。
採用鎔融製樣,以鉀、鈉長石國傢標準物質輔以自製標樣,配製成一繫列校準標準樣品,通過X-射線熒光光譜法測定瞭鉀、鈉長石中氧化鉀、氧化鈉、二氧化硅、三氧化二鋁、三氧化二鐵等十種成分含量。採用校正麯線和基體校準一體的迴歸方程進行譜線重疊榦擾校正和基體效應校正。對國傢標準物質進行測定,分析結果與標準值吻閤,主含量元素測定結果相對誤差不超過10%,同一樣品12次測定結果相對標準偏差不超過10%。該方法快速、準確、重現性好。

@@@@A method to determine the contents of K2O,Na2O,SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3 and etc in potassium and sodium feldspar was developed by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with fusion method. Under the selected experimental conditions,we got contents of different components from the curve by determining the fluorescence intensity using working curve plotted by national standard samples and self-manufacturing standard samples. The interferences from spectral overlap and matrix effect were corrected by the integrated regression equation of calibration curve and matrix correction. The results are in good agreement with the current standard values:the relative error of contents of major elements less than 10% and the RSD(n=12) of the sample less than 10%. It showed that the method is an easy and accurate way to determine potassium and sodium feldspar samples.
