对安全培训管理系统的现状进行了分析，并对安全培训动态管理系统进行详细的需求分析，将系统分为申报项目管理、培训机构管理、试题管理、考生信息管理等基本功能，并对每个功能需求做了详细分析，对系统的非功能性需求进行了简单的概括与解析。结合我们所得到的系统需求分析，对该系统进行了系统的详细设计，完成了系统的架构设计、功能设计以及数据库设计等工作。最后对安全培训管理系统的实现过程进行了简单的图例和代码描述，完成了整个系统的开发过程。

We briefly describe the safety training management system for Hunan province's background , the description of the main problems in the cause of safety training , the current situation of safety training management .The second ,we get the data type and data format used in the safety training of Hunan Vocational Safety Skill College , and then combined with the detailed analysis of induction , the system is divided into several parts , which are the declaration of project management , training institutions management , test management , students information management , and give a detailed analysis and interpretation of the parts .And we briefly describe the requirements of the non - functional system .Then ,we combined with what we get of the system ,we designed ,architecture design of the system , functional design and database design . Finally ,we give a code and picture describing of the system .
