按传统16MnDR钢材的封头压制,为保证焊接接头性能,一般压制完成后要作正火处理。为节能减排,通过焊接材料的选择、控制焊接参数等措施对采用16MnDR焊制、冷冲压的规格为EHA 2000×22的封头,将其成形后,进行破坏性检验。验证表明:经压制并经退火处理的焊接接头,其性能可以满足设计要求。

Generally speaking,heads fabricated from 16MnDR shall be normalized after forming to guaran-tee the property of welding joint,which wastes fuel energy and leads to pollution .It discussesd how to choose reasonable welding materials and handle welding parameters to weld EHA 2000 ×22 cold pressed from 16MnDR.The finished head shall be conducted the destructive test .The results showed that the property of the welding joint under press and stress relief can meet the requirements of design .
