为解决目前粉煤灰单因子评价方法不能全面综合反映粉煤灰品质的弊端,采用主成分分析方法,建立用于评价大掺量粉煤灰混凝土中粉煤灰品质性能的综合评价法。研究结果表明:利用R软件强大的统计功能,运用主成分分析原理,可以将粉煤灰样本的大量性能表征指标构造成少数的几个变量,并通过计算各样本的主成分值,以各主成分的贡献率为权重值,得出各粉煤灰样本的综合得分,通过最终的主成分综合得分来划分粉煤灰质量等级,实现对粉煤灰品质进行快捷、客观的综合评价。
為解決目前粉煤灰單因子評價方法不能全麵綜閤反映粉煤灰品質的弊耑,採用主成分分析方法,建立用于評價大摻量粉煤灰混凝土中粉煤灰品質性能的綜閤評價法。研究結果錶明:利用R軟件彊大的統計功能,運用主成分分析原理,可以將粉煤灰樣本的大量性能錶徵指標構造成少數的幾箇變量,併通過計算各樣本的主成分值,以各主成分的貢獻率為權重值,得齣各粉煤灰樣本的綜閤得分,通過最終的主成分綜閤得分來劃分粉煤灰質量等級,實現對粉煤灰品質進行快捷、客觀的綜閤評價。

In order to overcome the disadvantage of single-factor evaluation method of fly ash that it is not able to comprehensively reflect the quality of fly ash, the study adopted the principal component analysis method to establish a comprehensive way of evaluating the quality and the performance of fly ash in the concrete with high fly ash content. The results show that by utilizing the powerful statistical function of software-R and the principal component analysis theory, a fewer variables can be derived from the vast property characterization indexes of fly ash samples, comprehensive scores of fly ash samples were obtained by calculation of the principal component value and the principal component contribution that as weighted value. Fly ash was graded by the comprehensive score of principal component, by which the quick and objective comprehensive evaluation of fly ash quality could be realized.
