针对孤岛工作面的回采巷道留设大煤柱造成煤炭资源的损失,且较宽的区段煤柱在工作面回采后形成应力集中,影响邻近煤层的开采和底板巷道的稳定的问题。以城郊煤矿2107孤岛工作面回采巷道沿空掘巷为工程背景,采用UDEC数值模拟软件对2107工作面回采巷道不同宽度条件下的围岩稳定进行了分析研究,结果表明:当区段煤柱宽度为4 m时,巷道围岩控制能满足工作面安全生产的需要。
針對孤島工作麵的迴採巷道留設大煤柱造成煤炭資源的損失,且較寬的區段煤柱在工作麵迴採後形成應力集中,影響鄰近煤層的開採和底闆巷道的穩定的問題。以城郊煤礦2107孤島工作麵迴採巷道沿空掘巷為工程揹景,採用UDEC數值模擬軟件對2107工作麵迴採巷道不同寬度條件下的圍巖穩定進行瞭分析研究,結果錶明:噹區段煤柱寬度為4 m時,巷道圍巖控製能滿足工作麵安全生產的需要。

In view of the loss of coal resources caused by maintaining big coal pillars in mining roadway of island working face and the stress concentration induced by wide section coal pillars after the extraction of working face as well as the influences of stress concentration on the extraction of adjacent coal seams and the stability of floor roadways. On the background of the engineering practice of the gob-side entry driving of the mining gateway at 2017 island coal face in Cheng Jiao coal mine, this paper adopts UDEC numerical simulation software to analyze and study the stability of surrounding rock under the conditions of different width of coal pillars at the mining gateway of 2107 working face. The result shows that control of surrounding rock can meet the need of working face safe production when the width of section coal pillar is 4 meters.
