用微波消解技术消解城市污水处理厂污泥样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锌,分析影响微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定总锌含的测量不确定度的各种因素,对各不确定度分量进行了评定和量化,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,污泥中锌含量的测定结果表示为(465±11) mg/kg,k=2。

The measurement uncertainty refers to the random uncertainty in the measurement process. It is complete when the measured data and uncertainty is provided at the same time. This paper described the digestion of samples in activated sludge by microwave,and zinc concentration in the digested samples was measured by FAAS. The measurement uncertainty is evaluated based on the guide of uncertainty evaluation and denotation for measurements. The sources of uncertainty in the measurement were analyzed. Every uncertainty component was evaluated and quantified. The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were expressed. The result of the measurement of Zinc in sludge sample was expressed as (465±11) mg/kg, k=2.
