随着电子商务的快速发展和中国加入世界贸易组织，国人对英语的重视有增无减，作为工具型专业的英语为了更好地满足和服务市场虽然做了很大完善可以达到了“复合”，但现行英语专业课程设置的九个问题使英专毕业生显失“实用”，因此针对这一弊端，以“实用型复合”人才为目标的“英语+X载体+X执业能力”模式的英语专业课程设置体系被加以建构和试证，希望迎合目前需求和实现英语专业作为工具型学科的培养实用型复合人才的目标。

People have cast more and more importance on English with the rapid development of e-business and China’s entry in?to WTO. The instrumental major, English, though has made continuous efforts to self-improve, has failed to satisfy well the market demands due to its own defects in curriculum provision which has been concluded into 9 items in the article, therefore, better re-construction modal—“English+X Carrier+X Proficiency”of English curriculum provision is proposed and discussed, hoping to produce more qualified and multi-talented English graduates to satisfy the need and to realize the purpose of the major.
