Calcium carbonate%Hydrophobic%Hollow sphere
以无水碳酸钠、氯化钙为原料,磺化脱氢松香酸单钠盐为模板,油酸为有机质,制备了中空球形碳酸钙。采用 SEM 分析其形貌,碳酸钙为中空球形结构,球形粒径为2~3μm,中空直径约为1μm。 FTIR、TG 分析表明有机质已成功对碳酸钙表面进行了修饰,XRD 的分析表明,碳酸钙为球霰石与方解石混合晶型。半定量方法分析得出,球霰石型与方解石型碳酸钙的摩尔分数分别为81.1%和8.9%;碳酸钙与水的接触角为95°,具有较好的疏水性能。
以無水碳痠鈉、氯化鈣為原料,磺化脫氫鬆香痠單鈉鹽為模闆,油痠為有機質,製備瞭中空毬形碳痠鈣。採用 SEM 分析其形貌,碳痠鈣為中空毬形結構,毬形粒徑為2~3μm,中空直徑約為1μm。 FTIR、TG 分析錶明有機質已成功對碳痠鈣錶麵進行瞭脩飾,XRD 的分析錶明,碳痠鈣為毬霰石與方解石混閤晶型。半定量方法分析得齣,毬霰石型與方解石型碳痠鈣的摩爾分數分彆為81.1%和8.9%;碳痠鈣與水的接觸角為95°,具有較好的疏水性能。

@@@@The hollow sphere calcium carbonate was prepared by using sulfodehydroabietic acid based monosodium salt as tem-plates.During the preparation, anhydrous Na2 CO3 and CaCl2 were used as starting materials and oleic acid was used as or-ganic materials.By SEM, the prepared calcium carbonate is hollow sphere particles with the diameter of 2 to 3 μm, while the diameter of the hollow part is about 1 μm.By FTIR and TG, the surface of calcium carbonate is decorated by organic materials.By XRD, the hollow sphere calcium carbonate contains both vaterite and calcite structure.The contents of va-terite and calcite are 81.1% and 8.9% by semi-quantitative analysis, respectively.The contact angle of this hollow sphere calcium carbonate with water is 95°, therefore, the calcium carbonate has good hydrophobic function.
