以低摩尔比脲醛树脂中密度纤维板为研究对象,选择温度和时间为试验因素,采用 Design-Expert 8.0.6进行试验设计,比较了等温热处理前后中密度纤维板的性能变化。结果表明:等温热处理能够提高中纤板的内结合强度、静曲强度和弹性模量,以及降低吸水厚度膨胀率和甲醛释放量。同时显示低摩尔比脲醛树脂具有热固和热塑双重特征。
以低摩爾比脲醛樹脂中密度纖維闆為研究對象,選擇溫度和時間為試驗因素,採用 Design-Expert 8.0.6進行試驗設計,比較瞭等溫熱處理前後中密度纖維闆的性能變化。結果錶明:等溫熱處理能夠提高中纖闆的內結閤彊度、靜麯彊度和彈性模量,以及降低吸水厚度膨脹率和甲醛釋放量。同時顯示低摩爾比脲醛樹脂具有熱固和熱塑雙重特徵。
이저마이비뇨철수지중밀도섬유판위연구대상,선택온도화시간위시험인소,채용 Design-Expert 8.0.6진행시험설계,비교료등온열처리전후중밀도섬유판적성능변화。결과표명:등온열처리능구제고중섬판적내결합강도、정곡강도화탄성모량,이급강저흡수후도팽창솔화갑철석방량。동시현시저마이비뇨철수지구유열고화열소쌍중특정。
@@@@Taking temperature and time as experimental factor, an investigation was conducted to evaluate the effect before and after isothermal heat treatment on the performance changes of low molar ratio of urea-formaldehyde resin MDF.The experi-ment was conducted by Design-Expert 8.0.6 to investigate the influence of temperature and time on the physical and me-chanical properties of MDF.The results show that the isothermal heat treatment can improve the internal bond strength, bending strength and elastic modulus, and reduce the thickness swelling and formaldehyde emission.The low molar ratio of urea-formaldehyde resin has dual characteristics of thermoset and thermoplastic.
