以工厂的热磨杨木纤维为原料,不添加任何助剂,采用保压降温工艺压制无胶纤维板材,通过对产品物理力学性能的检测与分析,得出了试验范围内热压温度、压力、板坯含水率和热压时间对产品物理力学性能的影响规律及产品密度与物理力学性能的关系。在热压温度200℃、压力6 MPa、板坯含水率10%的条件下压制出了静曲强度52.8 MPa、弹性模量6413 MPa、内结合强度0.92 MPa、24 h 吸水厚度膨胀率7.56%的无胶杨木纤维板。
以工廠的熱磨楊木纖維為原料,不添加任何助劑,採用保壓降溫工藝壓製無膠纖維闆材,通過對產品物理力學性能的檢測與分析,得齣瞭試驗範圍內熱壓溫度、壓力、闆坯含水率和熱壓時間對產品物理力學性能的影響規律及產品密度與物理力學性能的關繫。在熱壓溫度200℃、壓力6 MPa、闆坯含水率10%的條件下壓製齣瞭靜麯彊度52.8 MPa、彈性模量6413 MPa、內結閤彊度0.92 MPa、24 h 吸水厚度膨脹率7.56%的無膠楊木纖維闆。
이공엄적열마양목섬유위원료,불첨가임하조제,채용보압강온공예압제무효섬유판재,통과대산품물리역학성능적검측여분석,득출료시험범위내열압온도、압력、판배함수솔화열압시간대산품물리역학성능적영향규률급산품밀도여물리역학성능적관계。재열압온도200℃、압력6 MPa、판배함수솔10%적조건하압제출료정곡강도52.8 MPa、탄성모량6413 MPa、내결합강도0.92 MPa、24 h 흡수후도팽창솔7.56%적무효양목섬유판。
@@@@The binderless fiberboard was manufactured usingdefibrated poplar fiber as a raw material, without adding any addi-tives.The holding pressure-cooling process was used before unloading the boards out of the press.The effects of hot-press-ing temperature, pressure, mat moisture content and hot-pressing time on the physical and mechanical properties of product were evaluated and the relation between density and product properties in the test range was discussed.The binderless pop-lar fiberboard with 52.8 MPa of MOR, 6 413 MPaof MOE, 0.92 MPa of IB and 7.56% of24 h TS is manufatured under the conditions of 200 ℃ of hot-pressing temperature, 6 MPa of pressure and10 % of mat moisture content.
