无锡援疆医疗队自进入援建地新疆阿合奇县人民医院后，通过深入调查研究，结合县医院的实际，实行了“师徒结对子”的带教模式。介绍了此模式的做法与体会，指出该带教模式提高了当地医生的诊疗技术水平，带动了当地医疗技术的发展，是一种变“输血”为“造血”的有效方式。认为只有领导重视，制订的方案切实可行，加强督导检查，并严格考核，落实奖惩，才能使师徒结对子模式顺利开展。

Based on in-depth investigation and combined with the situation of Akqi county hospital, Wuxi aid for Xinjiang medical team created new partner assistance education and training mode. This paper introduced the practice and experiences of the new mode. The mode has improved Akqi county hospital’s capacity and promoted medical skill. Different from other modes, the new mode shows Akqi county hospital the methods on catching fish but not only receives fish. The preconditions of implementation this mode include leader attention, feasible implementation plan , strengthening inspection, strict assessing and implementing incentive.
