目的:分析院内会诊管理现状,针对发现的问题提出应对策略,完善会诊管理制度,提高会诊质量。方法:提取医院会诊系统中的会诊记录,分析会诊按时完成率,对会诊申请及完成集中的科室进行重点分析与调查。结果:2011年1月-2012年5月会诊按时完成率逐月稳步提升,2012年5月已达到86%,但距98%的目标尚有较大距离;完成会诊的前10位科室完成量占全院的59.81%,申请会诊的前10位科室申请量占全院的63.8%,并且有6个科室重叠,说明申请与完成会诊的科室较为集中;会诊系统中有8.6%未完成的会诊。结论:应采取集中会诊、会诊质量互评、加大网络监控力度等措施,进一步提高会诊按时完成率。

Objectives:To analyze the current status of consultation management and to seek the solutions of the problems which can improve the management system of consultation and the quality of consultation. Methods:The consultation record from the hospital consultation system were sampled and the on-time rate of the consultation were analyzed. The departments which have large numbers of consultation applications or completion were carried out key point investigation and analysis. Results:The on-time rate of consultation increases month by month, which reaches 86%by May 2012, but it is still far from the goal of 98%. The top-10 departments which complete the consultation take up 59.81%of the total amount of completion. The top-1o departments which apply for the consultation take up 63.8%of the total number of applications. There are 6 departments in both of the top-10 lists, which shows that the departments which apply for and complete the consultation are relatively concentrated. There are 8.6% unfinished consultations in the consultation system. Conclusion: Suggestions such as centered consultation, peer consultation quality evaluation and enhancing the network control and monitoring are proposed to further improve the rate of on-time consultation.
