比较分析了转化医学与传统医学科研独特的优势，介绍了国内外转化医学研究的实践，指出当前国内推进转化医学研究中存在的认识不一，对转化医学实践模式的认识还比较模糊；机制不全，医学研究实践导向力不足；医研不均，临床和基础发展不平衡；平台不高，医学研究优势资源无法有效整合；人才单一，缺少开展转化医学研究的复合型人才等方面的问题，进而提出要有效整合国内优势的临床和基础研究资源、加速复合型转化医学人才的培养、建立应用为导向的医学科研成果评价机制、注重学习国际先进转化医学实践模式等科学有效开展转化医学研究工作的建议。

Compared with traditional pattern, translational medicine shows its specific advantages in medical research practices, and there grown up lots of instructive explore in many countries. In China, problems which can be described as there are not a consensus opinion on translational medicine research, ambiguous of its practice mode, imperfect mechanism and short of motivation on medicine research practice, imbalance on research and clinical service, lack of efficiency platform to integrate excellent medical research resources and lack of versatile human resources to develop translational medicine research. So it is necessary to integrate excellent clinical service and basic medicine research resources effectively, promote versatile human resources training, build application oriented medical research assessment mechanism and highlight on learning excellent international experience of translational medicine practice mode to effective develop translational medicine research.
