利用模糊结构元方法,研究允许缺货条件下模糊库存模型的求解与多目标决策问题。首先,介绍了经典库存模型,并定义了模糊库存模型。之后,在模糊结构元理论的基础上,得到了模糊数多元运算定理,在该定理的基础上确立了模糊经济批量公式的解析表达形式。由于确定最优经济批量是一个多目标决策的问题,因此,在得到最优模糊经济批量的基础上,采用分层序列法来求解该问题,进而得到了考虑企业战略规划、竞争对手和资金约束等因素的经济订购批量。最后,通过算例求解对比,模型适用范围更广且求解更为简捷。
利用模糊結構元方法,研究允許缺貨條件下模糊庫存模型的求解與多目標決策問題。首先,介紹瞭經典庫存模型,併定義瞭模糊庫存模型。之後,在模糊結構元理論的基礎上,得到瞭模糊數多元運算定理,在該定理的基礎上確立瞭模糊經濟批量公式的解析錶達形式。由于確定最優經濟批量是一箇多目標決策的問題,因此,在得到最優模糊經濟批量的基礎上,採用分層序列法來求解該問題,進而得到瞭攷慮企業戰略規劃、競爭對手和資金約束等因素的經濟訂購批量。最後,通過算例求解對比,模型適用範圍更廣且求解更為簡捷。

This paper studied the approaches to solve the fuzzy inventory model and the multi-objective decision-making under the condition of out of stock by using the structured element method. First of all, the classic inventory model is introduced, and the fuzzy inventory model is defined, and then on the basis of fuzzy structured element theory, an operator theorem for multi-fuzzy numbers is reached. On the basis of this theorem, this study established the analytical expressions of the formula of fuzzy economic batch quantity. As solving the optimal economic batch quantity is a problem of multi-objective decision-making, the problem is solved by using a hierarchical sequence method on the basis of solving the optimal fuzzy economic batch quantity, and then economic order quantities is figured out when some factors is considered such as strategic planning of business, competitors and capital constraints. Finally, by taking examples and comparisons, the results show that this model is much simpler and can be broadly applied.
