为提高聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺类无灰分散剂的高温使用性能,开发了聚异丁烯丁二酸季戊四醇酯类新型无灰分散剂。该产品以聚异丁烯丁二酸酐和季戊四醇为原料,试验确定了较佳的促进剂、原料配比和反应时间。评价结果表明该产品具有优异的热稳定及抗氧化性能。
為提高聚異丁烯丁二酰亞胺類無灰分散劑的高溫使用性能,開髮瞭聚異丁烯丁二痠季戊四醇酯類新型無灰分散劑。該產品以聚異丁烯丁二痠酐和季戊四醇為原料,試驗確定瞭較佳的促進劑、原料配比和反應時間。評價結果錶明該產品具有優異的熱穩定及抗氧化性能。

To enhance the thermal stability of polyisobutylene succinimide ashless dispersant,the new polyisobutylene butane diacid pentaerythritoI ester ashless dispersant was developed. The product was synthesized using polyisobutylene succide and pentaerythritoI ester as raw materials. The optimum technique conditions including the promoter, the ratio of raw material and the reaction time were determined. The evaluation results show that the product has excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance.
