为确保难动用矿产资源回采过程的安全性和高效性,实现对开采过程中顶板、矿柱内部应力、应变的实时监测,基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW技术,开发了一套难动用矿产资源开采监测系统。该系统建立了基于无线传感器网络的监测方案,建立了包括信号采集、信号分析、监测结果显示、数据库管理等模块的虚拟仪器系统,采用随机数产生函数为监测系统建立模拟输入,验证了已建立的监测系统的可行性。该系统理论上实现了对难动用矿产资源开采过程的实时监测,有助于寻求矿山实时监测的有效方法。
為確保難動用礦產資源迴採過程的安全性和高效性,實現對開採過程中頂闆、礦柱內部應力、應變的實時鑑測,基于虛擬儀器LabVIEW技術,開髮瞭一套難動用礦產資源開採鑑測繫統。該繫統建立瞭基于無線傳感器網絡的鑑測方案,建立瞭包括信號採集、信號分析、鑑測結果顯示、數據庫管理等模塊的虛擬儀器繫統,採用隨機數產生函數為鑑測繫統建立模擬輸入,驗證瞭已建立的鑑測繫統的可行性。該繫統理論上實現瞭對難動用礦產資源開採過程的實時鑑測,有助于尋求礦山實時鑑測的有效方法。

To make a safe and effective production in mining difficult-to-production resources, a monitoring system was developed based on LabVIEW, which can monitor stress and strain inside roof and pillar in real time. The system consisted of signal collection, signal analysis, results showing and database management. The signal transfers by wireless sensor network. With feasibility test by inputting random numbers, the monitoring system was proved useful. Therefore, real-time monitoring for difficult-to-production resources was realized theoretically. The system contributes to looking for an effective way for real-time monitoring.
