本文提出职业教育推行教学改革要正确认识社会需求,其中包括兼顾学生的职业发展需求,才能把握专业建设的定位。阐述了关于课程体系改革要解决的几个主要问题,以及提出以教材改革为关键点,用行为分析法引导教材改革的新观点。

In this paper, the teaching reform of occupation education to have a correct understanding the needs of society, including the occupation development needs into account the students to grasp the position of professional construction. Expounds several main problems about the reform of curriculum system to be solved, and put forward with the reform of the teaching material as the key point, the new perspective to guide teaching reform using behavior analysis method.
