基于对广东省五所高职院校辅导员的问卷调查，课题组发现辅导员专业化培训过程中存在着培训时间较短、培训内容狭窄、培训方式单一、针对性不强等问题，提出了创新培训内容，建立科学配套的专业化培训体系；创新培训方法，建立“立体交叉”灵活多样的培训方式等对策建议，为进一步提升高职院校辅导员队伍的思想政治素质和学生管理能力，促进其专业化、职业化发展起到积极地推动作用。

Based on the questionnaire survey of counselors in five vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, the team found that professional counselors in training process has shorter training time, narrow training content, single training methods, aiming at the problem is not strong and so on, and put forward the training content of innovation, establish professional training system of scientific supporting innovative training methods, to establish"interchange"flexible training methods, to further enhance the vocational college counselors ideological and political quality and management ability of student, to promote an active role in promoting the specialization, occupation development.
