近年来，在西方思潮的影响及社会不良现象的误导作用下，在校学生安全突发事件有上升趋势。当前由于学生事件而导致的区域性甚至全国性网络舆论误导事件层出不穷，对社会主流价值观造成不良冲击，使相关方尤其是学校的声誉及教学秩序受到了较为严重的损害。在此形势下，努力探索妥善解决问题的方法，通过一系列技术手段使网络舆论能朝着有利于事件良性发展的方向进行引导显得尤为重要。

In recent years, under the misleading influence in Western thought and social ills, student safety incidents has risen. Because the student events which lead to even the national network public opinion to mislead events emerge in an endless stream, resulting in adverse impact on the social mainstream values, so that relevant parties especially the reputation of the school and teaching order subject to a more serious damage. In this situation, efforts to explore the methods to solve the problem, through a series of technology to make the network of public opinion in favor of events can be benign development direction is very important.
