The law is a part of social science, is a discipline with strong practicality, strengthen the practical legal education is the inevitable requirement of law undergraduate education. This paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching practice of law majors in China, explores the ways to strengthen the practice teaching, in order to make reference to further improve the law undergraduate professional practice teaching.
