合议制度相比其他审判模式，能够从如下几个方面实现公正保障上的优势：保障审判者平等、自由和独立；约束全体全程参与审判过程，实现责任心最大化；确保审判者群体价值观的同质化，尽可能随机选定审判者，弱化误判责任，确保审判者在宽松的环境下理性处理案件；实现全体审判者同等、充分获取和分享案件信息和意见，作到全体兼听则明；促成审判者之间充分协商交流，达成集体理性的处理结果。

The collegial system compared to other trial mode, can achieve security advantages from the following aspects:the protection of equality, freedom and independence of judge;constraint the trial process, to maximize the responsibility;ensure that the homogenization of trial group values, as far as possible to randomly select trial, weakening the miscarriage of justice, ensure that the judger rational handling cases in a relaxed environment;full access to and sharing the same case information and opinions of the judgers;full consultation between them, achieve a processing result of collective rationality.
